Ministry in Kenya!

This has been an amazing few weeks as I have just returned from a ministry trip to Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa. While there I met many wonderful Christian pastors and made lots of new friends. Through donations of churches and individuals we were able to send 600 copies of my book, Echoes from God, to gift to Kenya for their CMM Pastors Leadership Conference. I was invited to be one of the guest speakers and I can honestly say the entire experience was very humbling and gratifying. God’s presence was so rich and sweet during each of the worship services and the people were hungry for more of God. What a wonderful statement… hungry for more of God!

Please keep me in your prayers as I continue to travel wherever the Lord leads to carry the Good News of Jesus Christ to all people of all nations.

Praise God,

Evangelist Dee Levens

Thank you Jeremiah. Yes, I am currently doing “digital ministry” in and around Kenya with Bishop Matoke. Kenya is a beautiful land and I love God’s children there as well.Dee

Dear Pastor Lubowa, I thank you for your kind words concerning Echoes from God. Yes, it is a tool God gave to me to write for use in the ministry. And, yes, I truly agree with you that the book needs to be translated into many languages. I am grateful for your offer to translate the book, but at this time I am currently checking into some local ministry efforts that are closer at hand for me to have the book translated into several languages. So, I have to respectfully decline your offer to translate my book for me at this time. However, I will certainly keep your request available and if at some time soon I learn that I am not able to get someone here in the U.S. to translate for me, when I am able to travel to Uganda (as I hope to do within the year), I will speak to you once again face to face about your offer.

Please join me in prayer for God to open doors of ministry for me in your country of Uganda. As you know, I met several pastors from your country and each of you requested I come to your country to speak and to minister God’s Word there. Although I could not come at that time, God has placed a heavy burden on my spirit to seek God’s direction for my travel to Uganda. I know you and the Ugandan pastors were sent to me as a “seed planted” for Uganda. Praise God for you!

I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this Blog Comment, but my computer code had problems and I finally got them resolved. Our next comments should not be so long in response time.

    Dear Dee Levens.
Salutation in the Lord’s name. It was great to meet and your ministry to the African pastors was very touching. Echos of God is a divine tool the Lord blessed us with through you. It shall help in transforming the body of Christ in Africa and particularly in Uganda my home country.

My humble request is to allow me to translate it into Luganda our local language that is spoken by more than 15 million people leaving in Uganda’s most remote areas which have little or no orpontunity of using the English version. If permission is granted I shall translate it at no cost please. Echos of God is a tool that my people truely can’t to without. I pray that you come to minister to us in Uganda next year please.

    Regards to Jack

    Stay blessed
    Angel Lubowa

Pastor Moses, you did such a beautiful job of interepreting for me in Kenya at the CMM Pastors Leadership Conference this past week. I am so grateful for the ability that God has blessed you with to be able to help Evangelists such as myself to come over and get the word to the people from the Lord through interpreters. Thank you for using your ability and talent in this manner.

Yes, Echoes from God was written to be a word of teaching for Kenya and all people. Please pray that God continues to open more doors for me to travel through to carry this book and the Word of God. I have such a burden for the people of Africa and I know God will bless that burden.

Yours in Christ, Evangelist Dee Levens

    Dear woman of God.
It was a blessing seating under your teachings and ministering alongside you as your interpreter. Echos of God was indeed an answer to the basic and foundational teachings for the church in Kenya. Thanks for offering your self as a vessel in Gods hand for the help of the Church.
